Generally, suits can be worn 3-4 times between cleanings unless they've been exposed to smoke, food, or heavy sweating. Very delicate vintage pieces or those with loose embellishments are evaluated individually, and we'll let you know if there are any concerns before proceeding.

Our standard turnaround is 2-3 business days. However, we offer same-day service for most items if you need them quickly—just ask when you drop off (a rush fee may apply). Wedding gowns and large items like comforters typically require 3-5 days due to their specialized processing requirements.
