Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning services, please bring the item back within 7 days of pickup, and we will re-clean it at no additional charge.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for items that were damaged during the cleaning process or if we fail to meet our standard of service. We process refunds within 5-7 business days of approval.
What Is Not Covered
Please note that we cannot offer refunds for items with pre-existing damage, shrinkage from improper care labels being ignored by the customer, or items that were not disclosed as needing special attention at drop-off.
